Joint Managing Director

Mr. Chirag Patel serves as the Joint Managing Director of M&B Engineering Ltd.. As a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary, he has created remarkable impact in the industry. With a background in Civil Engineering (B.E.), Chirag Patel combines deep industry insight with cutting-edge technological expertise. Since joining the M&B Group in 1993, he has played a key role in conceptualizing and executing numerous large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects. Thanks to his sharp business acumen and engineering excellence, M&B Engineering Ltd. has earned a distinguished reputation.

Malav Patel

Mr. Malav Patel is the Joint Managing Director of our company. With his exceptional entrepreneurial vision and drive, Malav Patel has been instrumental in leading the M&B Group to achieve groundbreaking advancements in the infrastructure and construction industry. After completing his B.S. in Business Management from the USA, he joined the M&B Group in 2000. Renowned for his innovative and forward-thinking approach, Malav Patel pioneered the introduction of the Self-Supported Steel Roofing System in India. His deep expertise in marketing and administration has enabled the Group to gain a competitive edge across multiple sectors.

Girish Patel

Mr. Girishbhai Patel is a Whole-time Director of M&B Engineering. A hydraulic engineer trained in the USA, Girish Patel has made significant contributions to the M&B Group's growth and development. With over 40 years of hands-on experience within the company, he has played a key role in giving the Group a competitive edge through his strong technical expertise and extensive knowledge of machinery. Known for his innovative mindset and attention to detail, Girish Patel has led numerous major civil projects and has been instrumental in introducing innovative solutions for sleeper and pole manufacturing plants.

Vipin Patel

Mr. Vipinbhai Patel is a Non-Executive Director of M&B Engineering. With a background as Chief Internal Auditor at a renowned textile mill, Vipin Patel joined the M&B Group in 1980. Holding a B.Com degree and an Inter CA qualification, his financial expertise and exceptional administrative skills have been instrumental in guiding the Group to establish a comprehensive model of sustainability, which includes M&B Engineering Ltd.

Aditya Patel

Whole Time Director

Mr. Aditya Patel is a Whole-time Director of our company. He holds a B.E. and an MBA (Finance) from the United States. Prior to returning to India, he worked with ING Funds of Hedge Funds in New York. Over the past 12 years, he has led both domestic and international business development efforts, playing a pivotal role in elevating the Phenix brand to a global level.

Pankaj Naresh

CEO Phenix

Pankaj Naresh is the CEO of our Company, overseeing the Phenix division since November 25, 2019. He holds an MBA from IIT Delhi, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Gorakhpur University. Prior to joining our Company, he held leadership roles at Reliance Industries, Lanco Infratech, Alstom Projects, Excel Textile, Reliance Energy, and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals.

Mayur Satishbhai Patel

CEO

Mayur Satishbhai Patel is the Chief Executive Officer of our company and is responsible for managing the Proflex division. He has been associated with our company since February 1, 2003, initially serving as the Manager of Business Development. On February 1, 2006, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
He holds a diploma in Plastic Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad. Previously, he was associated with Upperex Netsolutions Private Limited and Gridcomp Software Private Limited as a Director and served as the Proprietor of Mayur Plastic.

She was previously associated with Adani Enterprises Limited as a deputy manager.

Sonal Vimal Ambani is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a degree of doctor of philosophy (commerce) from Gujarat University. She has been associated with our Company since April 2, 2024. She has been previously associated with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a Vice President. She has also been a chairperson of FICCI FLO, Ahmedabad. She has received a certificate of appreciation for her contribution towards society in the field of art (sculpture) by Times Power Women, 2019.

Birju Maheshbhai Patel is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel University. He has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2019. He was a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engineer (ASHRAE) and is a member of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engineer (ISHRAE). He also established his own firm MEP Consulting Engineers. He also serves as a Director on board of our material subsidiary Phenix Building Solutions Private Limited.

Hemant Ishwarlal Modi is an Chairman & Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has completed a master’s degree in science (civil engineering) from Rutgers State University. He has been associated with our Company since April 2, 2024. He has been previously associated with JMC Projects (India) Limited (Now amalgamated with Kalpataru Projects International Limited) as a vice chairman and managing director and Sai Consulting Engineers Private Limited, as a Director.
